Does nobody care about source code of such stuff? Instead of asking for it I did some reverse engineering:
Usually the project leader receives the final SVG. Other people just ask. Please don’t use a “reverse engineered” version. Especially don’t share it.
WordPress doesn’t let me host SVG files. There are Bazaar branches on Launchpad for some of my recent work, such as this one: https://code.launchpad.net/~t-w-/+junk/ubzl
